SBL 2010, Atlanta
Things have been a little slow the past few days here as I have been traveling from the Great White North southeast to Atalanta, GA. Other than Baal attacking my plane and trying to knock it out of the sky–and scaring the sweet Jesus out of me in the process–all of the planes landed safely and I am now at my hotel in Atalanta (Marriot Marquis).
This evening I am having dinner with Jim West, Chris Tilling, and Robert Cargill. Should be a ton of fun. I will try to post some pics tomorrow. On Sunday evening I have dinner with TWU, and of course, the bibliobloggers dinner that Cargill put together. Monday is another lunch with John Hobbins blogger get together and then the SBL and blogging session.
I’m also planning on attending a lot of presentations and buying some books.
For my online friends that I have not had the opportunity to meet yet, memorize the face on the right, and if you are at SBL don’t be afraid to come by and say hi!
